Ellen Davis Streamwatch Coordinator
Ellen Davis, recently appointed to the BWA board and Streamwatch Coordinator, is a Monroe County 
native having spent her childhood in Tunkhannock Twp. Her education started at Cold Spring School at Long Pond & continued thru graduation from the Pocono Mountain School District. She is a licensed practical nurse & had worked at the Pocono Medical Center in the late '60's plus worked 18 years with the Monroe County Environmental Center staff educating school students thru outdoor programs. These days Ellen leads "The Tuesday Hiking Gang" & is active with St. Paul's United Church in Swiftwater and also with the Pike Monroe Woodland Owners' Group. Last year she completed the PennState Forest Steward training program. She is married to another Monroe County native, Skip Davis. They live in Paradise Township.
